Dewe is an AI-powered food calorie analysis app that helps you understand your meals through photos. Simply upload a picture of your food, and Dewe analyzes the ingredients and portions to estimate calories and provide basic nutritional insights.
- Provided by you: name, username, email, and customer support messages.
- Collected automatically: device info, usage analytics, crash logs.
- Location: only if you grant permission (precise or approximate).
- Food photos: processed one-time to generate your requested analysis; server copies are deleted after processing.

- Customer support content: what you include when contacting us (messages, attachments, diagnostics).

- Device information: model, OS version, language, time zone, app version, identifiers (where permitted).

- Crash logs: diagnostic data about errors or crashes.
2.3 Location (only with permission)
If enabled, the App may collect location data (precise or approximate depending on your settings). If you do not grant permission, we do not collect location from your device for the App. You can change permissions at any time in device settings.
2.4 Photos and face-related processing (no biometric identification)
- No biometric identification: no face recognition for identifying a person; no biometric templates.
- One-time, transient processing: food photos are processed only to generate your requested result; server-side copies are deleted after processing is complete.
- Default on-device storage: your photos remain in your device’s photo library/local storage unless you choose to upload a photo for analysis.
- No training/marketing: no use of photos/derived data for model training, marketing profiles, or ads.
Your platform’s cloud or backup features may affect storage or syncing; those third-party services are governed by their own policies.
